TO SAN FRANCISCO- 5648 Miles - 9090km

Me voilà à San Francisco après avoir parcouru les 918 miles (1477km) qui me séparaient de Moab, où j'étais à l'hôpital pour les 1ère radios.

La route était affreusement longue, au milieu de nul part. Sur une route toute droite limitée à 65 miles à l'heure (104km/h), et sans radio. Le paysage devait être très beau, mais j'avoue que mon esprit était plutôt concentré sur le chemin qu'il me restait à faire!

J'ai finalement mis deux jours! Très motivée pour arriver le plus tôt possible!

J'ai pu voir mon chirurgien vendredi matin qui a prévu mon opération pour le lundi suivant! 

Petite anecdote pour les fans de "Grey's Anatomy", l'assistante ou interne de mon chirurgien s'appelait docteur Yang! C'a m'a fait bien rire!

Enfin voilà! Aujourd'hui l'opération s'est bien passée, je n'ai pas de plâtre mais une attelle. J'y aurais droit quand on me retirera les points de suture! Pour le moment ça fait encore mal, mais heureusement que j'ai des antidouleurs! Vous savez tout!
Mais je l'aurais fait! J'aurais finalement traversé les USA!

Here I am in San Francisco after traveling the 918 miles (1477km), which separated me from Moab, where I was in hospital for the first x-ray.

The road was terribly long, in the middle of nowhere. On a straight road limited to 65 mph (104km / h), and no radio. The landscape should be beautiful, but I confess that my mind was more focused on the way that I had to do!

It finally took two days! Highly motivated to arrive here as soon as possible!

I saw my surgeon on Friday morning, she scheduled my surgery for next Monday!

Little story for fans of "Grey's Anatomy", the assistant surgeon was called Dr. Yang! funny!

Finally he operation went well, I do not have a plaster but a splint. I will have one when they will remove the stitches! For now it still hurts, but fortunately I have pills against the pain! 

You know everything!
But I did it! I finally crossed the United States!
